先,故障分析。开机自检正常,透视时无图像,故障可能在控制电路.也可能在图像处理系统。故障不外乎是无X射线产生、影像增强器故障、图像处理系统异常、监视器异常等几种情况。
First, fault analysis. The self checking is normal and there is no image in the fluoroscopy. The fault may be in the control circuit or in the image processing system. Fault is nothing more than X ray production, image intensifier fault, image processing system abnormalities, monitor anomalies and so on.
其次,检修过程。先用剂量表(如果没有,可用暗盒代替)放于影像增强器的前面。按下透视脚闸,检查是否有射线产生。如果没有射线。则故障在控制电中路,应检查高压和电流是否产生:如有射线,则为图像采集和处理方面的故障。用数字示波器测CCDBl输出信号是否正常,如波形正常,则对影像增强器和摄像机进行检查;如波形异常。故障则出现在图像处理部分。采用替换法对图像处理部件进行检查,当替换到CPU时出现异常,则该故障是由CPU损坏造成的,应注意的是CPU处理核心,所有的功能在它的协调下进行,因此其异常会导致整个图像处理系统的异常。

The fault occurs in the image processing section. The replacement method to check the image processing part as a replacement to CPU is abnormal, the fault is caused by CPU damage, it should be noted that the CPU processing core, all functions in its coordination, so it will lead to the abnormal abnormal image processing system. |
