x光机是产生X光的设备，其主要由X光球管和X光机电源以及控制电路等组成，而X光球管又由阴极灯丝 （Cathod）和阳极靶（Anode）以及真空玻璃管组成，X光机电源又可分为高压电源和灯丝电源两部分，其中灯丝电源用于为灯丝加热，高压电源的高压输出端分别夹在阴极灯丝和阳极靶两端，提供一个高压电场使灯丝上活跃的电子加速流向阳极靶，形成一个高速的电子流，轰击阳极靶面后，99%转化为热量，1%由于康普顿效应产生X射线。
X-ray machine is the equipment that produces X-ray. It mainly consists of X-ray sphere tube, X-ray machine power supply and control circuit. X-ray sphere tube is composed of cathode filament (Cathod), anode target (Anode) and vacuum glass tube. The power supply of X-ray machine can be divided into two parts: high-voltage power supply and filament power supply. The filament power supply is used to heat filament, and the high-voltage output terminal of high-voltage power supply is clamped in negative respectively. At both ends of the anode filament and the anode target, a high voltage electric field is provided to accelerate the active electrons on the filament to the anode target, forming a high-speed electron flow. After bombarding the anode target surface, 99% of the electrons are converted into heat, and 1% of the electrons are X-ray due to Compton effect.
没有中频，只有工频和高频，HZ小于20K的属于工频，大于20K的属于高频，不过现在把大于8000HZ的统称为高频，频率越高，穿透性越强，图像也越清晰。
